Service Description
Our service provides AI-powered image generation using advanced machine learning models. We currently use:
- Primary Model: Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image Preview
- Fallback Model: OpenAI GPT-4o with image generation capabilities
The service automatically switches between models to ensure the best possible results and availability.
User Responsibilities
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all images you upload and content you generate using our service. The responsibility for uploaded images lies entirely with the user, not with the service provider.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to use our service to generate or process:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Adult, explicit, or inappropriate material
- Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Content that impersonates others or spreads misinformation
Account and Usage
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Free users are limited to 2 image generations per day per IP address
- Paid users receive credits that can be used for additional generations
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Privacy and Data
We do not store, archive, or retain any images you upload. All images are:
- Processed temporarily for generation purposes only
- Deleted immediately after processing
- Never used for training or model improvement
- Not accessible to our staff or third parties

Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the images you upload and generate through our service. However, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing our service.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds

- Less than 50% of purchased credits must have been used
